Manager HR Business Partnering

A short introduction 

The job is placed in a Managerial position and the selected candidate would be responsible for aligning the business objectives with the people strategy and is expected to make a significant contribution to strategy discussions, execute strategy, recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives. The candidate should be a conduit between the HR expert center and the business line to manage people challenges -especially talent, performance, and change. She/He will provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, manpower planning, and succession planning. The ideal candidate shall also manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and work closely with the Group Chief People and Corporate Communications Officer to analyse, Develop and implement solutions, programs, and policies.

Employment type (full-time/part-time) –  Full Time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, or equivalent qualification, or Masters in HR
  • 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Advanced numerical skills for managing business complexities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in understanding, interpreting, and applying levant labor laws, regulations, guidelines, ordinances, and policies.
