Regional Sales Manager

A short introduction 

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the Area Sales Managers and their teams in order to drive the the agreed KPIs which include primary and secondary sales volumes and revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exploiting the area potential to maximise the market share together with the agreed business growth in all brands. The candidate is also expected work within the budget estimate for the assigned zone.

Employment type (full-time/part-time) –  Full Time

Requirements

  • A relevant Diploma or Degree in Sales from a recognised university
  • Minimum 5 Years' experience at managerial level in the FMCG Industry
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point and experience in sales monitoring systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should be able to work in any geographical area of the country
